8.Expect the best from others. Express your optimism and positive expectations about others on a daily basis. Encouragement and praise are contagious.
9.Examine facts in a realistic manner while remaining optimistic about your abilities.
10.Associate with optimists and those who get the most out of life.
11.When you start a project, concentrate all your energy, without distraction, on the successful completion of that project.

  3. Core/Abdominal Exercises - If you are not interested in Sports, I would recommend adding some kind of core strengthening exercises for faster fat burning. You can find lot of them on the internet, but basic ones are planks, side planks, leg raises, squats, Bar twists and crunches.

  4. Yoga - If you don’t want to do that too, try yoga. There are lot of Youtube channels, where you can learn and perform yoga from.

  5. Zumba - Zumba has gained popularity quickly and is a mix of dance and exercise. It has proved effective for weight reduction and muscle toning for many individuals. There are Zumba instructors throughout the world.

  6. Eating Habits - Try to eat healthy and eat right. Eat healthy meaning, try to avoid junk food and high fat containing food. Eat right meaning, avoid overeating. Keep in mind, don’t leave eating altogether. Lot of people go on low portion diets and end up being bulimic. Cheat day is allowed.
